A chilling arctic breeze will blow across your keyboard as you type with Spunkflakes, the latest font creation from the gang at Spunk, a design studio in Minneapolis' warehouse district. Originally used for Best Buy's holiday campaign, these designs were created by Spunk's three Midwestern wisemen — Jeff Johnson from Fargo, North Dakota; Jason Walzer of Madison, Wisconsin; and Jack Wilcox from St. Paul, Minnesota.
Spunkflakes is a collection of 52 unique snowflake patterns in font format, which you can use to put a touch of winter air into your designs. One cool thing to do: Pop your favorite flakes into Illustrator, convert them to outlines, and then overlap different designs in different colors, as seen in the graphic above. (Also see Chankflakes for other ideas.)
Enjoy this font and use it all winter long!
